Who operates Poker Night Host

Poker Night Host is operated by Anvicit (“we”, “us”). For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact pj@anvic.it.

Data kept on your device

Player names, optional avatars, game names, buy-ins, cash-outs, ledger entries, notes, settlements, preferences, and game history are stored locally by default. We cannot access local-only data. Deleting the app can delete this data unless it is included in your own device backup.

Optional account and cloud sync

If you enable Premium Sync, we process the minimum data needed to authenticate you and synchronize selected game records:

• an account identifier from Apple or Google, depending on platform;
• your email address when the identity provider supplies it;
• purchase and entitlement identifiers used to confirm Pro access;
• game names, dates, currency, notes, player display names, buy-ins, final stacks, ledger entries, settlement records, sync identifiers, and version timestamps;
• short-lived operational logs such as IP address, request time, route, response status, and technical error details.

Avatar images are not included in the current Premium Sync payload.

Why we process data

We use this data to provide authentication, verify purchases, synchronize and restore your records, prevent conflicting updates, secure the service, diagnose failures, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use game records for advertising or profiling.

Purchases and identity providers

Apple and Google process sign-in and store purchases under their own privacy policies. Poker Night Host receives identity and transaction proofs, but never receives your store password or full payment-card details. Store refunds and billing are handled by the relevant app store.

Storage, security, and retention

Cloud data is hosted on infrastructure in the European Union. Connections use HTTPS, databases are not exposed publicly, and API access tokens are stored on the server only as one-way hashes. We retain synced records while your account is active and in limited backups for operational recovery. Rotating backups are normally removed within 30 days. Security controls reduce risk but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can use the core app without Premium Sync, disconnect the account in Settings, and delete local games in the app. You may ask us for access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of cloud account data by emailing pj@anvic.it. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

Poker Night Host is not directed to children. It is a private scorekeeping utility and does not offer real-money gaming. Do not enter another person’s personal information without their permission.

Website

This public website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics at launch. Standard server logs are used for security and reliability and are routinely rotated.

Changes

We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes will be communicated in the app or on this site when appropriate.
